Today's diet

Today I mostly had:

Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast = 166 C
Lunch: Kids portion of porridge = 180 C
Drinks: 3 cups of black coffee = 16.2 C
Dinner: Lots of boiled vegetables and 3 roast chicken breasts = 1400 C

Total = 1762 C
Recommended daily allowance = 2500 C
Difference = 738 C

Chick On Sand

Shit clearly I have to cut down on the dinner meals! I’ll go for two meat portions tomorrow could possibly go up to 1000 C difference!

I did a pretty intense 15 minutes of exercise though. Weights and push ups and sit ups.
